PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By paying the service fee and using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms described on this page. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not pay the deposit and/or any service fees.

THE BALI BRAND CONNECT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, as deemed appropriate, without prior notice. Your continued use of our services will be considered as acceptance of any updates or changes.

1. Booking and deposit

The starting date of your project will only be confirmed once we receive the required service fee/deposit.

Upon written confirmation between THE BALI BRAND CONNECT and the client, THE BALI BRAND CONNECT will commence the project upon full payment of the invoice amount for the specific services.

Before the start date of the project, the client must provide a brief, design details, and/or production instructions. These must be final and complete.
Any updates or changes made after the project has started may result in additional costs and/or project delays.

Each time a payment is required, we will send an invoice or a payment summary, including payment instructions and a due date.

Delayed payments may cause postponement of the start date and/or delays in the project.

2. Payment methods and Security

We have partnered with Stripe as our payment gateway on our site to ensure all personal and financial information is secure.

Your credit card information is not stored or kept at any time on our site.

3. Card payment policy

We accept all valid payment cards (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Dina).

Currency conversion notice

All payments will be processed in USD (United States Dollars).
The amount charged to your card will be shown in your local currency, converted at the exchange rate used by your card provider, a rate that is not known to us at the time of the transaction.
Due to this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the original price listed on our website and the amount shown in your bank statement.

4. Financial data protection

When entering payment card information, all sensitive data is transferred securely in encrypted form via a protected (SSL) network. At no time are your card details available to our system.

5. Pricing information

The final price of the service is agreed directly between the Client and THE BALI BRAND CONNECT before payment.
By making the payment, the Client confirms that they understand and accept the agreed price and conditions.

This policy complies with the relevant provisions of the Law on Contractual Obligations, Consumer Protection Law, and Electronic Commerce Law.

6. Delivery and limitation

Once payment is completed, the client will receive a project confirmation or service documentation via email.

Service scope

We connect you with artisans and manufacturers, monitor production, assist with export logistics, and develop complete web solutions (websites, shops, SEO) — including installation, design, technical support, and payment integrations.

Payments

  • All payments are made electronically via Stripe.

Delivery

Depending on the services you choose to work with us, we will provide you with an estimated timeline for the selected services before starting work on your project.

Limitations

  • The client is responsible for all content (text, images, databases) provided for the web solution.

7. Refunds and complaints

If the service has not been delivered according to the agreement, the client has the legal right to request a correction or refund.
